hi there,
unsure if this is relevant or not but i have not been sick in years and years; i do my best to stay healthy. three days ago i went for a nice 2-hour walk. i'm living in montreal, so you know how cold it can get! i didn't feel too cold on the walk, though. when i arrived at my place, even though i didnt feel it at any time on the walk, i suddenly had chills and i felt very weak. i could almost feel the cold chills run through my bones, which was (and is) a concern for me since i had not experienced this before. i shrugged it; "in the morning it'll be better."
the next morning, after a 13 hour sleep, i had a fever, which including my entire body being extremely hot, neck pains (i assume from swelling??), sore throat (especially when swallowing and drinking/eating), no sex drive (though maybe that is normal when a sickness occurs haha!), uncontrollable sweat (each time i wake up, my skin and clothes are soaked everywhere), again, the never-ending headache (especially when i tilt my head up rather than keeping my eyes focused close to the ground). i have felt so physically (and, subsequently, mentally) weak for the past few days, which has been my biggest concern. symptoms i never had -at all- were: running nose, coughing, phlegm and the need to cough it out my mouth.
so that's what im still at right now, 3 days later. have any ideas? thanks for any advice. very much appreciated. i have one of the most important days of my life in 2 days and i'd like to be in top shape haha. thank you,
corbin
