What Causes Upper Back Aches, Stomach Aches, Sore Throat And Ear Ache?

I have upper back aches, stomach aches, sore throat and mild ear aches... I have been taking Vit C, IBProfin, and drinking lots of hot liquids. Also, my eyes feel slightly tired (almost as if they were scratched lightly) I am tired but the cold medicine im taking seems to keep me teaching. What do you think is wrong? Thank you very much.
