I had a hysterectomy three months ago (without removal of ovaries), I'm 44, but whenever I have a glass of wine or a cold drink, I have a strong desire to go to the bathroom with a dragging pain. It is very uncomfortable at first and does settle, but frustrating. When I do go to the toilet, very little fluid is there?
