What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Painful Urination And Urgency?

i have yellowish vaginal discharge and it hurts when i urinate and sometimes it feels like i need to pee right after i just went also sometimes i feel uncomfortable when im just sitting unless i think hard about something else. ive been wearing a pad everyday for about a few mmonths because of the discharge but stopped about a few days ago of wearing the pad. could you tell me what it is and how to help it at home and the things i shouldnt do
