What Causes Vertigo,nausea And Swollen Throat With Headaches?

I am a 28 year old female, and for the past 4 days I have had vertigo, nausea, hot flashes, my throat feels swollen, sometimes I have sensitivity to light and frequent headaches that I cannot get to go away with my normal meds such as Advil Cold and Sinus, or Excedrine. I am having a hard time remembering things. I feel hungary, but get queezy easily. I take paxil, a multivitimin, and zertec daily. Have had a thyroid test done in early Dec. but nothing was found wrong.
