What Causes Vomiting Up Of Bile In A Child?

My son is 1 year and 3 months. He started throwing up 2 hours ago alot until it was just yellow bile.. Hes been doing it on and off every 20 to 30 minutes. Now hes asleep and he only wakes up every so often to try and throw up more bile and spit. But then he goes right back to bed. Hes been fine other than this out of nowhere. What should i do to help him?
