I had gone through the history given here, the condition that you have described here could be indicative of bad infection that might have spread all over the area, it could be vaginitis with inflammatory condition. Such infection of vagina and surrounding area or tissue could be due to bacteria, I would suggest to get done the culture sensitivity test for proper antibiotic else resistant drug will not give any result, till then drink lot of water. If I would be doctor of this case then I would try vaginal suppository till get the culture report and the best drug for this is Povidone Iodine suppository. hope this information helps.
