What Could Be Causing Pain In Lower Back And Constant Bleeding?

I am 47 years old. My periods last around 4 days, normal bleeding and cramps .Last year hot flashes worse then this past few months. Last month, December, got cramps, very little period, and since then I fell some discomfort on my left side where ovary is, almost a pulsating type of pain, and constant bleeding. No other problems, (except for a bit of lower back pain, witch could be because of sleeping pattern),but that is another matter that might need solved. I'm more concerned at the moment with the continuous bleeding. What could be happening?
Thank you, any help is welcomed.
