What Could Be The Reason For Having On And Off Dizzy Spells?

My child is 12 years old and for a few years now she has had dizzy spells on and off with being pale and just not feeling her self. She has been treated for acid reflux which I don t think she has. I m at a loss and I think her doctor is too. What could it be.?

Hi.... by what you Quote I feel that your 12 year old kid is having Vertigo. This is related to imbalance due to middle ear problem. This classically presents with imbalance on change of position or turning off and or tilting of head. I think that your daughter might require evaluation by an ENT surgeon experienced in managing paediatric cases.
