What Could Cause Delayed Periods After Salpingectomy For Benign Cyst?

I m 6 days delayed, is it normal, I have undergone left salpingectomy october 2012, benign cyst, and I was a week pregnant that time, the pregnancy continued, luckily, I gave birth last June 2013, i got my menstraution back 2 months after giving birth, and now I am 6 days delayed. What would be the possible reasons?
