What Could Cause High BP,headache,nausea And Vision Blurriness?

I am a 51 year old woment & weigh 203# have started menupause but recently went off the patch & hormone pill because they didn't seem to be helping anything. I woke up with a bad headache, nausea, & vision blurriness, I also feel shaky. I took my blood pressure and it was 134 / 94. I have bad headaches all the time because of TMJ, but I feel like something is way off. What should I do
