I am 43 year old,married for 18 years, I am living in bilaspur Chhatisgarh, I did all my treatment in Bhilai scan and reseearch centre, due to tubal tuberculosis and blocked fallopian tubes, after taking medicines for 5 months, undergone tuboplasty surgery, but thereafter Drs. asked to go for IVF. I did two IVF in Bhilai in the year 2000 and 2001 but no result, thereafter one of my friend asked me to go to Lifeline Hospital Adoor, there I had my IVF with donor eggs on April 2010, but failed. Recently, due to prolonged periods, a scan was done here in bilaspur Chhattisgarh, but the sonologist told me that if you do IVF, then also you will not get success, she was surprised how all these Drs. performed IVF, when the report of utreus is not good.
The Scan report is as follows:
BOTH OVARIES HAVE NORMAL APPEARANCE, RT. ADNEXAE REVEALS A CYSTIC TUBULAR MASS MEASURIG 3.4 CM X 2 CM. LEFT DNEXAE REVEALS A CYSTICTORTUOUS MASS MEASURIG 5.6.CM X 2.6 CM FINDINGS ARE S/O BILATERAL HYDROSALPINX.

IMP. 1. ABDOMINAL SCAN IS WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS
2. PELVIC SCAN IS S/O: A) P.I.D. WITH CERVICITIS, B) BILATERAL HYDROSALPINX., C) ENOMETRIAL CALCIFICATIONS NOTED; ? KOCH'S INFECTION;
