What Could Headache And Blurred Vision Suggest With A History Of Syncope?

my daughter has a history of syncope. 6 months back , we had an EEG done which showed minor temporal abnormality, no medication needed. About 3.5 months back she got a headache near her brows and vomiting . now, 4 days back she had blurred vision in one eye, headache and nausea in her school which got settled after she slept. I am worried if it is anything serious? Kindly consult
