What Could Headache With Blurry Vision Suggest?

Hi, I am 15 years old, and have recently been getting very painful headaches, they don't last that long, but when I get them, they are very painful. Also, every now and again, my leg tends to shake, often my thigh muscle. I occasionally see floating shapes and patterns too. I'm constantly tired, and sometimes my vision is blurred. Can you help?
