What Could Jelly Ear Discharge With Frequent Urination Suggest?

hi I am a 33 year old male, I woke up with blood on my pillow and dried blood in my ear, no severe pain just slight pain here and there. I have not hurt my ear that I know of there was a jelly looking discharge that was dark like blood. also, I have been urinating frequently, and it always feels like I have to urinate but it is hard too, light abdominal pain as well. no burning.
