What Could Often Vaginal Itching With Delayed Periods Suggest?

i have been having irregular repiods and severe itching and vaginal sores since september, 8 trips to the doc 4 swabs and every bacterial and viral treatment they can give me!! not my period was again late and very smelly, sores still bad like mini ulcers above clitoris, keeps me up it that painfull, every infection, sti,std has been tested and im very clear, back at clinic tomorrow to discuss further options, any ideas????
