What Could Persistent Headache Suggest?

I am a 13 year old girl, and have had a headache for about 2.5 weeks, so far. The headache is rarely severe. It sometimes shadows over me, but is still there. It is located around my eyebrows, and sometimes is on one side, and sometimes on the other side, and sometimes on both.
