What Could The Solid Discharge From The Vaginal Walls Be?

When having sex with my partner and he pulled out, there was a white, solid material on his penis that cam from my vaginal walls. We were both virgins when we started to have sex, so no STDs, but I am not experiencing itch or burning, which would suggest a yeast infection. Is this just my discharge, his semen from previous intercourse, etc?
