Good evening,I am experiencing dizziness constant nausea pain in my ribs.I am extremely tired.my blood work looks good and Ijust had a colonoscopy where they did not see anything.they took several biopsy and I am awaiting results.This is so scary and frustrating.I am sweating constantly..I am terrified as I often feel like I am going to pass out.I have some lumps in my arm and one on my back.i don t know what is going on.I am scared that this is happening and no one knows why.any thoughts or suggestions.oh and. My tongue is burning and it s worse. When I eat.

No need to worry for any major disease as your blood work up and colonoscopy are normal. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs too. Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
