What Do Enlarged Breasts And Sore Stomach Indicate?

me and my partner have been trying for a baby for about a year, then last month i was 1 week late and only light spotting which lasted only 2 days, this month i was 2 weeks late and it lasted a day the same light spotting, ive had stomach cramps and flutters in my belly also i have food cravings for chocolate and crisps which i dont normally eat alot of my breasts are enlarged and sore also my belly is very large, i have back ache and im really tired all the time im also moody, i have had 2 negative pregnancy results what do you advise ?
