What Do Pain In The Penis And Brown Particles In Semen Indicate?

I am 23 year old iam healthy doing sport dont drink and dont smoke I had a lust continuously but I am not married and dont have sex ever when I rish to top of lust I jerked of and that happened one time a weak or more some times in the last one I found brown granular in semen and colour of semen not clearly white this is the first time I have this and urine is normal and some times I had a pain only in the top of my dick

Since you are unmarried and never has sex, there are chances that you can have prostatic congestion and this causes the brown particles to be present in the semen with not so normal color as you have mentioned.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Send a sample of semen for analysis to see whether there is any blood present.
Per-rectal digital examination for prostate and ultrasonography can help to get the cause if any.
Also get blood and urine checked and there is any evidence of an infection then a course of an antibiotic can solve your problem.
The lust of sex can cause pain in the glans or some sort of weird feeling. So nothing to worry about this.
Take plenty of oral fluid and have ejaculation by masturbation 2 to 3 times in a week so that the prostatic congestion does not occur.
