What Do Red Indented Lines In The Groin Area Indicate?

I have 3 red indented lines in my groin inner thigh area. One is an inch and a half, parallel to the other two that seem to be two lines with a break in between equaling 1 inch and 2 inches in length. They are light red, with no pain or irritation but feel like they indent into the skin about an 8th of an inch. That s the whole reason I noticed them in the first place

These may indicate fungal infections and you should apply antifungal cream to see will it work . Also, some other skin infections may appear in this area,so it should be kept cela and dry and in case of progression you should see dermatologist.
