What Do Small Blisters Lower Leg Indicate?

I have small blisters appearing on my left lower leg. I have been to the emergency room twice already several weeks ago. Took a weeks worth of bactrim. It started out about three weeks ago with five clear blisters popping up in a small area of my calf. Three popped and dries up within three days. One on the back had to be lanced due to infection. The last one of those original five became infected after about a week. It had taken the longest to heal as it is on my shin bone with not a lot of "meat." I was out in my shed and shop the week before all these came on, and was fighting with the spiders and insects all day. I believe they started as bites, and then staph? That's what the e.r. doc diagnosed. But now, three weeks into this, I have two new blisters that came up yesterday. They are extremely itchy and it hurts inside my leg, not just on the skin. I don't really want to go back to the e.r., but afraid I may need more antibiotics, or something else may be going on.
Thanks for any information.
