Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

IgM antibodies may decreased after treating of typhoid fever but it may take time from 2 to 4 weeks to get a test negative. So don't worry, your test is normal and your responding to the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
