What Does RBC In Urine On A Urinalyis Report Suggest?

Hi. Good day. I had my urinalysis 3 weeks ago. It relevead precence of RBC: 4-7 and with no infection. After a week, i had my urine re-checked and it revealed 7-12 rbc, still with no infection. Just about last week, i went to see a doctor amd he had my urine re-cheked again and i showed that rbc is 35-40 (i think). He asked me if i m on my period and i told him that i am suppose to have it by this week. And then he answered that i might already be having my menstruation that time but sometimes they are not visible and that kinda decreased my anxiety. But up to this week, im still not having my period but i do get a little bit cramps and breast tenderness which are the usual symptoms i get whenever my period is near. Should i be worried about stones? I do drink lots of water actually but i had past experince of UTIs before.
