What Does A Bruise Below The Right Knee Indicate?

I have a bruise right below my knee on the inside of my right leg. It is larger than a quarter, and right when it heals, a new one forms in its place soon after. I am not hitting my leg on anything that I am aware of. Is this something to be concerned about?
