What Does A Rash On The Finger Indicate?

I ve been sick for 22 years I get a small rash once a year always in the summer now it s and i m thinking about going to the doctor i had a rash on my right ring finger that has gotten worst right when it seen to be getting better now for the last 3 days my ears are in pain and blood on the q-tip do you think this is sarcoidosis

Dermatologic conditions are difficult to diagnose witout seeing them.

A finger rash by itself is unlikly to indicate sarcoid. Local infection like a boil or a local irriation or a local allergic reaction are quite possible, but can only be diagnosed by seeing it.
