What Does Blood In Urine In Pregnant Woman Suggest?

I am 25 weeks pregnant and I have had blood in my urine all morning. Can this be anything other then an UTI? I haven't had pain or pressure, so I am suprised that I could possibly have a UTI. My office opens in a half hour and I plan to call them, but I was curious if it could be anything else.

hi blood in urine is not a sign of uti but can be seen in case of ureteric stones or threatened abortion. you have to be clear that it is not coming from vagina as in that case risk of abortion is increased. you must go to the emergency room to confirm the site from where the blood is coming. in case from vagina start tab duva 10 mg twice a day and tab duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 4 weeks . no coitus no lifting weight .you need to take a urine routine test to confirm the site of bleeding. all the best take care.
