What Does 'bulky Uterus With Echogenic Endometrium' On USG Mean?

My age is 45.last month i had periods for 15 days with excess bleeding.
I went for ultrasound examination of abdomen.
liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen,kidneys,urinary bladder are normal
ovaries are normal
But uterus:anteverted uterus appear bulky echogenic endometrium(13mm)
cervix is normal
myometrium is normal

what does it mean saying bulky uterus with echogenic endometrium
does it lead to cancer
are any serious effects wiyh this?

please explain me about this
and what should i do now
