What Does Fever, Headache And Pain In Lower Back During Ovulation Mean?

I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago and he told me I was ovulating. A few days later I had what I believe to be my MC (a few days earlier than normal cycle). I just got over a fever last week. While I had to fever, I always felt both hot and cold. For the past 4 days or so I've been feeling nauseous (don't want to eat at times) with headaches (both off and on all day). For the past couple days I've been having pains in my lower back and sides (mostly right side near kidney), cramps/abdominal pain, occasional hot spells, fatigue, and random body aches (neck, knees, shoulders). Could these be symptoms of a virus, pregnancy, or what?
