Hi,my name is blessing .o,am 24 yrs old,am 4.3 ft tall,i did a pelvic scan and it says,that there is a significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexa as well as in the pouch of douglas causing poor interface between pelvic ogans.and there is mild collection of free fluid in the pouch of douglas..what does this mean pls?
