I am a 26yo sexually active female. I have been on the oral contraceptive pill since I was 19yo. I have recently quit smoking and become a vegetarian. Three months ago I fell pregnant to my partner and I had a termination which was quite stressful for me. Since then I've had light bleeding a couple of times after intercourse. I have recently stopped taking the oral contraceptive pill (we use condoms) and have had a period since, but it was lighter than usual and i had bleeding and spotting three days before my period began properly. I also have genital warts (i started noticing small growths around the opening of my vagina after my termination) and I have Genital Herpes. I have had the herpes since i was 19. I developed viral meningitis after contracting herpes, was hospitalised for two weeks on intravenous acyclovir which cleared everything. I have had one or two outbreaks over the years since, but they never needed to be treated and went away after a week. When i fell pregnant i had a severe outbreak of genital herpes which got worse after the termination. I went on oral famvir and that cleared it. Since then the genital warts came up, but are now nearly completely gone. I have recently had a pap test and results came back four days ago as Low-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (LSIL). It has been recommended that I come back in 12 months for a repeat pap test. I also had light growth of Candida albicans, Heavy growth of Beta haem. strep. (Group B) and moderate growth of skin and vaginal flora. I have been experiencing a little blood when i wipe after urination (in the morning only). I am drinking a lot of water during the day and am on amoxicillin for the strep b. I don't have any burning during urination. I do get frequent uti's and have once had a kidney infection due to cystitis (3 yrs ago). I am going to see a gynocologist but was wondering if there's anything i should ask him? Also just a bit confused about the light bleeding? It's happened three days in a row, very light (blood is light, one tiny clot this morning.) Is there anything specific i should ask my gyno? Should i seek a urologist? Thanks!
