I have some lumps on my feet, on the top and under my big toe. The MRI came back that it was likely benign and muscular, but they were unsure of anything else. I am in pain some days when I get home from work, and the doctor told me other than waiting and watching it, surgery was the only other option. I told the doctor I watned to go ahead and have it surgically removed. What are the complications?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have dermatofibroma or some other benign soft tissue tumor. Surgery is the only treatment of choice. You should go for excision biopsy and histopathological examination. Complications are infection, haemorrhage, movement restrictions etc. No major complication occur generally. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
