What Does Mature Cystic Teratoma And Congestion Of Fallopian Tube Mean?

hi! i am 23 yrs. old, single. i undergone salpingo-oophorectomy last jan. 15, 2011. i had just received my pathologic diagnosis it says mature cystic teratoma, left ovary, and congestion of left fallopian tube. i would like to know what does it mean. and is it possible that my right ovary and fallopian tube be infected in the future? thanks a lot!
