What Does Missed Periods, Sour Smelling Vagina With Cramps And Back Pain Mean?

i'm really embarressed to ask this, i havent had a period since september, and only have 1 sex partner my husband for 5 years, my vigina has a nasty sour smell, and i shower everyday, i dont have discharge, and im not ichy, having no problem urinating, i drink lots of fluid. and i'm cramping, i have back problems i dont think it has to do with this cause my back problem has went on for a year and seeing a specilist for it. can you help me please...
