What Does Moderate Cerebral Volume Loss On An MRI Report Indicate?

I AM A 79 YEARS WHITE MALE. I HAD AN MRI ONE WEEK AGO. TECHNIQUE; ROUTINR BRAIN PROTOCOL WITHOUT CONTRAST MRI FINDINGS: BRAIN PARENCHYMA: MODERATE CEREBRAL VOLUME LOSS. THERE ARE FEW SCATTERED FOCI OF WHITE MATTER SIGNAL HYPERINTENSITY ON FLAIR SEQUENCES INVOLVIG THE CEREBRAL HEMISPHERES WHICH ARE NONSPECIFIC BUT COULD BE ATTRIBUTED TO AGE-RELATED MICROVASCULAR ISCHEMIC CHANGES. THERE IS A VERY SMALL FOCAL OLD RIGHT CEREBEBELLAR INFARCT. THERE IS NO EVICENCE OF ACUTE INFARCTION.THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ACUTE PARENCHYMAL HEMORRHAGE. WHAT DO YOU THINK

The MRI report shows the presence of age-related changes in brain parenchyma.

The changes are not due to any disease but they are physiological changes seen with increasing age. Therefore, there is nothing much to worry about.
