General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

No active pulmonary infiltrates means that there is no active blood, pus or infection within the parenchyma of the lungs.

Displaced apex beat of the heart is indicative of gross hypertension or aortic stenosis, CAD.

Enlarged heart is a serious medical condition that needs to be treated & monitored as it may cause congestive heart failure. It occurs commonly due to CAD.

You are suggested to get clinically examined & treated by a cardiologist at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
