no active pulmonary infiltrates seen. heart is enlarged with inferolateral displacement of the cardiac apex, both hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact. rest of the included structures are unremarkable. please help me to understand thank you
Enlarged heart is a serious medical condition that needs to be treated & monitored as it may cause congestive heart failure. It occurs commonly due to CAD.
You are suggested to get clinically examined & treated by a cardiologist at the earliest.
