What Does My Ultrasonography Test Report Indicate?

My mom is 56 years old, she had a recent whole abdomen ultrasonography test. The impression of the test suggest ( Mild fullness of left pelvicalyceal system and left upper ureter. The Uterus is not seen. Normal liver etc .. Please suggest what should we figure out with this ?

Welcome.Problem related to kidney.There is obstruction in left lower ureter.scan is saying there is urine collection in upper part of ureter and some part of kidney.it could be calculi.please take urologist advice.Take care.
