Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
yes--I have a UTI for only second time in life. I was prescribed an antibiotic yesterday, but after office visit the pain/stinging while urinating was less, so I waited to start the meds. The symptoms continue to be better today, though I do have a mild headache. (No pain in kidneys--it was the bladder. ) Question: is there a danger in waiting another day or two to start the med? If it gets better, I can avoid a round of antibiotics.
