Female Age 41, weight 65 height 5.1

I had been admitted in hospital for 8 days post discharge also no relief , ihave continous pain in pelvic area, also even after passing urine still feel more urine to pass, there are 2 sonography done by 2 the report is as follow

1st doctor sonography report is as follow:-

Post Void residual urine 60cc , bulky uterus -9.3cm* 5cm* 4.6cm

with right lateral wall intramural fibroid 1.5cm * 0.9cm, right ovary shows 1.9cm * 1.3cm follicle, endometrial thickness is 8mm, largest nabothian cyst in posterior lip of cervix measure 4mm in size



2nd doctory report is

pelvicalyceal system of both the kidneys are bifid, 2cc fluid seen in puch of douglass, also fibroid as per above suggested size, bulky uterus



pl help me to understand the output of such report
