hi sir,i got report of widal test 1:20 1:40 1:80 1:60 1:320 S, Typhi o + + - - -S. Typhi H + + - - -S. Para A H + + - - -S. Para B H + + - - -I have positive test.

Your reports suggests positive widal test.It indicates typhoid fever.Its titration for positive results varies with laboratory.
A single Widal test is of little clinical relevance due to the number of cross reacting infections.However,four fold increase in serial titration is confirmatory.
You need to take antibiotics regularly for 5- 7 days.
I suggest my patients to take tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5-7 days
