What Does Tenderness In Breasts Indicate?

Please type your query here...hello my name is danielle I am 18 years old and for the past 2 and a half 3 weeks the right side of my left and right breast have been very tender and sore, also about 2 weeks ago I should have had my period but I haven't, I have also noticed that I have been having thick White discharge when I go to the toilet, can you please hel me on what this might be, thank you.
