What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

mri test results 2002, impression, heterogeneous depostition of iron within the substantia nigra, particularly along the lateral margins. this distribution my occasionally be seen in patient's with parkinson's disease or parkinsonian-like syndromes. clinical correlation is recommended for further evaluation. what does this mean, and nothing has ever been said or no more test has ever been done. does this mean everything is ok? its 2010 now
