mri shows there is unroofing of the disc due to the anterolisthesis as well as a circumferential disc bulge. this, in conjunction with bilateral hypertrophic facet joint change and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, results in severe spinal canal stenosis. there is bilateral, right greater than left, neural foraminal narrowing. Will physical therapy help?
