What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

hello there

just recieved mri scan results and concludes

right prolapse disc at L2-3 level

alignment is normal there are centraldisc bulges at L4-5 and L5 S1 levels but no significant neural foraminal narrowing or central canal stenosis,the conus returns normal signal

being refered to neurosurgeon, do youthink i might need operating on, i,m forklift driver and drive over holes in ground and thinking of claiming against company for negligence,thanks for reading
