What Does This MRI Report Showing An Osteochondroma Of Hip Indicate?

Hi, I recently went to a pediatric hip specialist because I was in severe pain. At first, he saw a fracture and put me on crutches. 2 weeks later, I was still in severe pain, so he wanted to see me back. They performed an MRI and a CT Scan. An osteochondroma of the hip was present in the MRI but was not evident in the CT Scan. He needed to confirm this with his colleagues. I am on crutches. By the way, I am a 13 year old girl.
