What Does This Abdomen Scan Report Indicate?

hi i am 45 years old, i just got a result for my ultra sound of whole abdomen, as the report says of my "URINARY BLADDER?:Normal physiological distension and wallo thickness. No intramural lesion or vesical calculus seen. UTERUS: Enlarged- 102*75mm. there is fibroid measuring 54*42 mm in the anterior myometrium. OVARIES : both ovaries are not visualised. ILLIAC FOSSA: No abnormalities are detected. No evidence or free fluid or R.P. adenopathy. Inference : Uterine fibroid. please do concern me regarding this matter, is it really serious ,do i need an operation? Looking forward to hear from you..
