Hi I am 23 years 7 months old my weight is 60kg, I had a premature baby 2 years ago during the pregnancy of 7 months and it was dead after normal delivery within 2 hours. 2 months ago I took a treatment from my family doctor. She gave some medicines for pregnant. I went for Transvaginal ultrasonography yesterday. The test report as follows
- The uterus is non-gravid, anteverted, measuring 59x42x32mm and displays normal echo-pattern, with central regular endometrial lining (Double layer thickness 7mm)
- The right ovary is enlarged displaying three well defined simple crysts located anterior measuring 78x50mm, 66x55mm and 48x42mm. However, no definite intramural solid components or calcifications.
- The left ovary is sonographically free.
- No pevilic collections.
Conclusion:
Right ovarian cysts.
Kindly advice regarding above test.
