What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

hi, i m anu. age- 30 yrs, height -157 cms, weight 44 kg. married 3 months ago. my mensuration periods are irregular. so i consulted a Gynecologist. she told to check PCOD. my reports are below.
Urinary bladder distended and appeaars normal. Utresus anteverted, normal in size measures 9.7 x 4.2 x 5 cms. Empty cavity. No focal myometrial lesion. endometrium measures 10.7 mms in AP thickness. Endomyometrial differentiation is maintained.
Both ovaries show peripherail smal follicles with mildy echogenic stroma. Right ovary measures 3.5 x 2.4 cms. iit shows small ruptured follicle within.
left ovary measures 3.6 x 1.5 cms.
No adnexal mass/ cyst. Mild free fluid in cul-de-sac.
Impression : 1. Bilateral ovarian PCOD pattern - needs clinical and hormonal correlation.
2. no other sonographically evidenmt intrapelvic pathology.

doctor i want to know the meaning of this report. is there any problem in conceiving?
