i am 24yrs unmarried.

size of ryt ovary is 3.0x2.7x1.9cm and vol is 8.8cc.
size of lft ovry 2.2x1.8x1.7cm, vol 3.8cc.
bilateral cysts with low level echoes are seen.

lft cyst is 4.3x4.1x2.8cm, vol26cc.
reteroverted uterus of size 5.1x4.9x4.1cm.
BEFORE 11MNTHS, THE REPORT WAS,
ryt ovary is enlarged in size and shows few small 1-2.5cm cysts with internal echoes. uterus is anteverted and normal iin size.
endometrial thickness is 7mm. Trace free fluid seen in pouch of douglas.
I am confused. What the problem is exactly and what is the permanent solution for this? The problem is increasing or decreasing? I am not getting any clear answer from my doctor.
